Is It Safe To Continue Taking Norethisterone During Pregnancy?

I have been taking norethisterone for just over a week and have taken two pregnancy tests that have come back positive. I was still planning on taking my norethisterone as im away for two weeks on honeymoon but do I now need to stop. Im worried if I stop taking them this will cause me to miscarry.
