Hello, and I hope I can help you today. Dermoid cysts are benign growths in the ovary. They normally recommend removal only if the cysts are very large or you have symptoms of torsion, which is a condition of the Fallopian tube twisting around the ovary, which causes terrible pain and requires emergency surgery. The cysts you have are relatively small, so it is most likely your OB doctor would recommend waiting to remove the cysts at deliver if you have a cesarean, or in a separate surgery after the delivery if you deliver vaginally. Therfore there is no danger to the baby from the cysts, so there is no reason you cannot continue to carry the pregnancy. I hope this advice was helpful and that I was able to answer your question.
