Is It Safe To Apply Soframycine On For Burning And Skin Scratch On Scrotum?

hello sir i had skin sctrachees on the left corner of scrotum sac and it had becomes red .and it is burning so is it because of forcefully appying brush to it If it is normal than can I apply soframycine to it. or what the reason behind it.plz reply

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of Intertrigo, which is inflammation of the body folds (groins, axilla, infra mammary folds etc). Intertrigo in the groin fold is frequently complicated by secondary fungal infection(candida)

If i was your treating doctor i would have asked you to apply a topical steroid+antifungal cream twice daily for 2 weeks.

I would not advocate cleansing with brush.

An oral antihistamine like cetrizine would help you with the itching.
