Is it safe for one having regular flow to wear a tampon and go to a water park ?

Hi, I m 14 and going to waterpark this weekend , so would it be safe to wear a tampon, and it s going to be my first time wearing one?? i weigh 95 pounds and i have a regular flow of my menstrual cycle

It is best to avoid wearing a tampon as if it is left too long inside there is high chance of severe infection called Toxic shock syndrome. It would be better to use sanitary pads instead.

Read your prob, if your period started or would be started then avoid enjoying in water tank. you have regular cycle then make your plan accoding to your perood.
