I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Since you have followed your doctor's instructions completely and already have the bleeding, please do not worry. You are more likely to abort completely with the prescribed medication if you are less than 9 weeks of gestation. In very early pregnancy, the bleeding may mimic a natural period as the products of conception are very small and sometimes go undetected as small clots. Please have a follow up after two weeks along with a repeat sonogram to ensure completion of the process. Do report to your doctor if you have excess bleeding or prolonged discharge. Take care.

Understand your concern.
Do not worry, in early pregnancy bleeding will be minor and rmaining product may be expled out if pregnancy is less than 9 week.
There may be 5-7% chance of incomplete abortion after using MTP pills.
Normally bleeding and cramps may occur up to 5-7 days.
But if bleeding may continue after 7 days its suggests incomplete abortion.

So if bleeding may continue after seven days,
You should consult the gynecologist and confirm the incomplete abortion by
Pelvic examination and by USG.

If it is confirmed you should go for surgical D & C procedure.

After using kit take following advice:

Tablet meftal spas
Tablet globac-Z
Healthy diet with adequate vitamin and mineral supplemets
Drink lots of drinks
Relaxation and stretching exercise
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Also choose contraception method.
Also check for foul smelling vaginal discharge for infection.
