HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the vital functions are intact and no damaged done during the heart attack then there would be no problem in surviving, it is all depends upon the clinical conditions and over all clinical reports, chances of surviving of patient would be great if every thing went good with no complication, hope this information helps, take care.
