Is It Possible To Have Body Lice On Calf?

Can you have body lice on your calf? I don't know what is biting me. I used RID and the next day I had another place. There was first one bite - then two bites. The skin is red and it looks like whatever is there you can see red trails on my skin where there is another bite.
