First of all do not panic.
As per medical research, subserous fibroid should not cause any problems in getting pregnant.
Unless all other causes of
infertility are ruled out fibroids should not be labelled as responsible for infertility.
Secondly, your partner's
semen analysis needs close attention. Although, his
sperm count is good , percentage of motile sperms seems low.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for multi vitamins and multi minerals supplements and anti oxidant supplements.
I will suggest to stop
substance abuse if any including alcohol and tobacco in any form.
If needed IUI -
Intrauterine insemination can be planned on the day of ovulation.
