Is It Possible To Become Pregnant With Multiple Cysts On The Ovaries?

I am 30 years old. I have a two year old. I hAve always had irregular periods since I started having them. My husband and I tried for about eight months to get pregnant and my periods were only couple of days of brownish discharge so I asked my doctor if I was ovulating because my periods were not normal. On the ninth month he put me on progesterone and I had an awful period very heavy. Well I got pregnant then miscarried at 11 weeks and had d&c. After that I spotted for like 12 weeks. They checked my thyroid and it was low so now I am on thyroid medication. Its been about 5 months now spot randomly and after sex. I would like to get pregnant again but how can I if I keep spotting with no real period. Oh yeah I forgot I have multiple cysts on my ovaries via the transvaginalultrasound

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion multiple cysts in ovaries might be PCOD.Also the irregular spotting might be due to abnormal thyroid.So check if the thyroid is under control.And spotting only after intercourse needs to rule out any abnormalities of cervix.You might need pap smear or cervical biopsy for that.Dont worry multiple cysts might not cause infertility unless there is regular ovulation.Weight reduction if you are overweight or obese might be helpful.Adapt healthy lifestyle like yoga ,exercise daily and healthy nutritional food.
