Is It Possible That Small Stool Pieces Could Have Been Inside Even After Defecation?

About 6 weeks ago I first noticed a problem...I was having vaginal intercourse from behind, my partner stopped all of a sudden because he said he could smell my arse, I touched the outside opening of my anus with my finger and a smelt a slight odour. Im a clean person I dont have a dirty anus and I have never had anal sex and never will, so my bum hole usually is tight but for a short period of time before the "smell" my bum hole had the sensation that it was a bit open or something and had slight green discharge when I wiped. I thought maybe it might be a haemmoroid from straining on the toilet. Tonight I felt like I needed to have a bowel movement but couldnt do it. Adter a while I ended up inserting my finger to investigate and I found two small pieces of stool that were lodged in the top corners. I got them out! Is it possible that they could have been in there for all this time? Even though I have defecated several times in 6 weeks, is it possible that those 2 small stool pieces remained? Is this common? Will my bum go back to normal now?

Noted the history about having vaginal sex with husband from behind when he notices smell from your anus, there was green discharge on toilet paper, felt the need to pass bowel movement but nothing came out, hence you inserted your finger and could remove 2 small feces from the rectum and now wondering whether these were present for 6 weeks...
Once a person passes normal stool, there would always be a small part of feces still remaining in the rectum and this is not abnormal.
The urge could have been due to procto-colitis or so.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Stop worrying as the remaining feces in any form will come out of the rectum and anus within a few days maximum, can not stay there as such as explained by scientific experience.

Such things happen and there is anything new or odd about it.
Yes, your bum will go back to normal with the helps of medications and bowel control.
