It is very possible for many/most women, even without making a mess. A good way for a girl to start out is to get in the shower while naked (so that if she misses, the pee will not get on her clothes), and attempt to aim for the drain. To aim, she often must use her fingers to manipulate her labia (lips), so that the labia won't obstruct the pee coming out and make it get everywhere. She can try using one hand, with two fingers in the form of an upside-down V, to spread apart both her inner AND outer labia, or she can try using both hands to spread them apart. Also, she should lift up on her labia to get the stream high enough that it actually goes forward rather than simply down. Then she should start going. So basically up to this point it's: - Spread labia apart - Lift up on labia to get the pee going forward - Start peeing If the pee isn't hitting the drain, then she should either spread her labia more on one side (if it's off horizontally), or adjust how much she's lifting up (if it's going too far or not far enough). Once she's gotten good at hitting the drain, she can go to the next step. In the next step, she can either go ahead and try out the toilet (if she feels confident enough), or, if she can shoot far enough, she can stand outside the bathtub and try to get it all in over the rim (there's more room for error within the tub because of how big it is). Hopefully she'll be able to get it into the toilet with accuracy eventually - and she should be quite proud of herself if she learns it. Kudos to every girl who's mastered this.
