Good Day
You may not attempt to try any manipulation on this by yourself as it could lead to bleeding and infection which can make you regret you did it in the first place. Kindly visit a Surgeon who can get it removed in a very simple procedure.

Dont cut the frenulum by yourself, it has blood vessels below and can lead to uncontrolled bleeding. Pain will be there for 3-5 days

Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Circumcision is a surgical procedure and should be done by person qualified for it like surgeons and not by any person.Precautions should be taken to prevent infection and even anaesthesia used to avoid pain during procedure.To heal it may take a period of 8-10days.As far as the pain a person will suffer ;sorry it is difficult to calculate pain as there is no method to measure it .I hope you understand and if required get it done by a expert.
Thanks
