Is It Pneumonia If There Is Gurgling In The Chest?
I have a chest infection- each morning I cough up yellow- not green gunk so I have not asked for antibiotics. I am not coughing much through the day but las night I was awake a lot and my chest sounded gurgle, like liquid bubbling. I am concerned it might be pneumonia.

In my opinion you are having lower respiratory tract infection ( LRTI ) mostly pneumonia.
And the sound you are talking about is nothing but the retained secretions , mostly due to infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray.
You may need antibiotics and mucolytic, expectorant drugs.
Chest physiotherapy is also good for clearing secretions.
So don't wait at home , consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
