Is It Okay To Take Krimson Tablet Without Taking Glycomet?

Hi, I have PCOS. I had irregular periods and this time, my periods lasted upto 20 days and i have also noticed some sort of skin allergy, I have the skin allergy since one or two years, so I have got some tests done. my reports have shown high insulin, rest all are normal but insulin is high. and ultrasound has shown multiple small pheripheral follicles found on both ovaries iam a overweight. iam 18 years old, 5 1 height and weight is 75kgs, I know it is too high. I am taking steps to reduce my weight. my doctor has given me 2 tablets to treat pcod and has asked me to reduce weight. 1) tablet is Krimson 35 and the other one is 2) Glucomet 500. I have started taking Krimson, its been 3 days now. but i have skipped the 2nd day. i took it on the first day , missed a dose on the 2nd day and i again took it on third day that is today. I have noticed severe back pain and stomach irritation and vomiting sensation. i didn t start taking Glucomet as i wanted to excersise for 10 days and see if my insulin level drops. if it drops, then i wanted to reduce is naturally without taking glucomet. now my question now is, 1) Is it okay to take Krimson tablet without taking Glucomet? Will it work on me or both must be taken together as a combination? iam working out since 3 days hopefully will reduce a little weight in 10 days, i will get an insulin test done after 10days again to check my insulin levels. If the insulin level drops then I want to go natural and reduce insulin without tablet. So is it okay to take only Krimson tablet without taking Glucomet and go natural for reducing insulin? 2) I have accidentally skipped a dose of Krimson on the 2nd day from the 21 day course. i took it day before yesterday , skipped yesterday and took it again today, is it okay? what should i do now? 3) Can I ever get rif of PCOS in ly life? if i want to completely get it rid of it apart from a healthy life style, reducing weight, what else can I do? thank you so much for reading all of this and helpng me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Krimson is a high dose hormone pill. It helps to regularize menstrual cycle. Glucomet is a medicine to reduce body weight, by increasing utilization of fat for energy production. reduction of weight, stimulation of fat burning and reduction of body weight supported by diet and physical workouts are the components to be managed for getting normal hormonal pattern for normal menstruation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
