Is It Ok To Stop Diabetes Medications After Regular Exercise And Diet Control?

My age is 44.My weight is 81 Kg and height is 5 ft 8 ".During recent medicalc examination annualy report suggest the FP is 200. And after meal 300 level.Last 20 days I have followed up the regular exercise/diet control and walking of avergae 5 to 6 km daily, shows the result of the same reduce to 132/166.I am taking the nutrilite products of amway like daily/Bio-c/Fibre / Protein and Salmon omega on regular every day.I feed good and feeling well aftert above change in my life styly.Not taking any medicine at present.Pl suggest?

Hi,

your sugar levels are still not controlled. Continue the life style modifications and recheck your sugar levels after a week. If it comes above normal range then better to start with drugs. The selection of drugs is based on your physical parameters.
