Is It Ok To Fly Abroad After Pneumonia Is Cured?

Hi,
My son had pneumonia at the end of May 2011, he was 10 months old. He was in hospital for 4 days on antibiotics. He also had fluid on his lung. When he came out of hospital he stay on antibiotics for another 5 days. The last xray he had was on 25 June, showing the fluid had gone. We would like to go to America end of Setpember, would he be ok to fly?
Your advice would be most appreciated
Many thanks

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child had pneumonia 4 year back in may 2011,which is totally cured as explained by the last x ray report.
Your child can definitely travel in a plane, you don't have to worry about anything.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
