Is it normal to wear a bra to sleep ?

I was at a sleepover party not too long ago, and I don t usually wear a bra to sleep, because I think it seems uncomfortable. But, I noticed that some of my friends were wearing one to sleep. I m not sure if they regularly wear one, but I was wondering if it is normal for sleepovers? Also, I began feeling a bit self concious, because I felt like everyone could see me... I m just afraid that I will have like marks on my when I wake up, or something. I m going to go with a coupl eo fmy close friends to a waterpark with a hotel, and we re staying overnight. I guess it would probably be best to talk to my mom and see what she says. marks on me** with a couple of my close friends** Sorry for the typos!

They might have worn it because they were more comfortable wearing their bra around their friends than not wearing it, because they didn't want anyone to see anything. It's very normal not to wear it to bed. The only time I ever wear it to bed is by mistake if I fall asleep while I am watching tv or something!
