Is It Normal To Have Tooth Pain, Ear Pain And Headache After Filling Cavity?

I had a cavity filled last Wednesday. My tooth has hurt ever since. It's getting worse. I have a horrible ear and head ache. My tooth hurts whether or not I'm eating. Is this normal? Should I see my dentist or will this just resolve itself? I am also awakened at night with the pain.
