Is It Normal To Have The Red Discharges Getting Dried Up To Brown/black Thick Paste During Periods ?

hi im 16 years old and ive been having my period since i was around 12 or 13 so i am familiar with my period. My period discharges as a normal red colour but dried up to a thick brown almost black paste. is this normal? (im still a virgin)

Initially you were having a bright red blood for bleeding. Its change of colour to brown or even blackish indicates that you do have some blood deficiency like anaemia. To correct it, do take iron supplements for at least 2-3 months along with a high protein diet.
