Is It Normal To Have Swollen Tonsils With No Pain? Have White Spots

Is it normal to have swollen tonsills with no pain? They are wrinkely and had a few white spots which lasted a couple of days but now only a small patch. Prior to the tonsils swelling I did have an afternoon of feeling a little under the weather with hot flushes but that went quickly. I'm worrying myself stupid trying to diagnos myself on here.

THIS CONDITION IS REFLUX
WHEN THERE IS ACXID REFLUX THE ACID WHEN COMES IN THROAT IT CAUSES SWELLING BUT NOT PAIN
THE MATERIAL ALSO COME OUT OF STOMACH WHICH IS NOT FULLY DIGESTED AND THERE LOOKS WHITE PATCH

Hi and welcome to HCM!
Thanks for posting your query here.
Tonsils are a pair of lymph node collection in the throat. The action of lymph node is to protect the area from any pathological-bacterial or viral invasion. This is a common physiological process. In this process they will get swollen. If they get infected that results in difficult swallowing and pharyngitis and finally fever.
If you dont have the above mentioned symptoms it could be a physiological enlargement only.
If fever comes please take opinion of ENT doc. It can be relieved by antibiotics.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards
