hello sir: my age is 25 male h-5.5 w-58, i would like to know is it normal i urinate today and after urinate felt few drops of sperm came out is it good sign or no please explaine me thanks.

its not sperm but may be urethral fluid or ghat syndrome.
u need not to worry as both condition are normal
and does not require any treatment.
drink more water
keep ur private part clean and dry.
avoid smokong,drinking habit.
