Is It Normal To Have Small And Constricted Pupil And Can It Be Treated?

It seems that my pupils are always very small, constricted, even in low light. I am a 44 year old male. Is this normal, and is there a way to treat it. I always see people with large pupils everywhere. Mine are so small that they makes my eyes look strange. Please help.

Size of pupil is no problem if vision is normal for distance and near. Are you on some medication which can cause miosis. Refraction is to be done. In case of error corection is tobe given. After all these check you should be normal.
