Is It Normal To Have Shorter And Lighter Periods While On Phentermine?

I have been taking phentermine 37.5 mg daily for the past 2 months, my period was late and lighter and shorter than usual. This month it was about a week late and I bled a little bit and didnt bleed for two days and woke up one morning and bled a little more and have had a little dark blood in my underware. Is this normal? I never had my full cycle and it has been about 5 days now.

hello ma'am,
as per the drug phentermine, there is no such side effect like decreased menses. You can check for other causes of oligomenorrhoea like anaemia (decreased haemoglobin) etc. You should do blood reports and get treated accordingly.
