Is It Normal To Have Severe Headaches And A Blurred Vision With A Pituitary Tumour?

Ive just been told I have a pituitary tumour...(i think its called prolactinoma) I get severe headaches (I would rather call them pains because they are severe pain) and sometimes my eye sight is blurry. My head and neck feel really tense sometimes and my memory is so much worse then usual (i have literal blanks) I have not even started treatment yet. Are there symptoms I should be worrried about or are they relatively normal? I was also wondering if smoking marijuana would my problems worse (im currently not smoking it)
