Hello Doctor, recently i noticed that whenever I pee, white sticky fluid is released. Later I felt it is my semen. Is it normal to have semen in urine? anything to do with enlarged prostat? I usually feel a lot of irritation after I pee specially when I get semen in my urine

Hello,

I don't believe that what you see is semen in urine. Normally urine doesn't contain semen. I think this can be sign if urinary track infection.
You may need to do an urine analysis and possibly uroculture.
Finding if you have infection or not, what type of bacteria causes it and which antibiotic is best to be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
