It is safe to use canesten in pregnancy, and it should not harm your pregnancy at all. It is difficult to know without doing an exam exactly what the cause of the discharge is. It could be related to the yeast infection that you are treating, or if may be from another cause. either way, there should be no harm in using it as your doctor prescribed. If the pink discharge becomes red and bloody, you should call your doctor right away as that could be a sign of miscarriage. However, what you are describing now does not sound like it is that serious.
