Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. I see your problem mother description, the palpitation that she was experiencing were from the high dose of the Thyronorm, there is no problem with her heart as I see from the echo stress result, the high dose of Thyronorm has decreased the TSH value under the normal range this because in the blood of your mother there were more Thyronorm that she needed, for this reason your doctor decreased the dosage of the medication. I recommend you to monitor the Thyronorm therapy with TSH blood test, this is recommendable for the changes to dosage of it, to avoid these problems happen again and also you should continuing keep in touch with the endocrinologist. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Kind regard, Dr .Marsida JANKO
