Is It Normal To Have Mild Cramping After Embryo Transfer?

I have just have 2 embryo transfer early today. I am having mild cramping, I did walk stairs (I live on 3rd floor) upon arriving home. I was also carrying my handbag that was about 5lbs heavy. Did I go too far? did my embryo fall out in this process? thanks for helping Doc
