OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It is normal to have slight cramping in the lower abdomen after embryo transfer in in vitro fertilization.
It is due to the contracting uterus due to implantation.
There is nothing to worry. However, of the cramps are severe, then you can consult your OBGYN to prescribe you progesterone support.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
