Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Are you having yellowish secretion from vagina. Fever after delivery can be very dangerous sign of peurperal sepsis. You need to get examined by your Doctor and antibiotic treatment may be necessary. Drink plenty of water. Take Paracetamol under medical supervision for fever. Better avoid breast feeding till you get examined by your Doctor immediately. Consult your Doctor immediately.
