Is It Normal To Have Blurred Vision In Myopia ?

I am having myopia and wearing specs but when I alternatively see with my eyes(like closing one eye and seeing with the other with speed and then closing that eye and seeing with the other fast) first it becomes blur but with a successive blink it becomes normal. Is this normal for me?
