Hi,

Yes, your blood pressure is normal and it is in fact better than expected for your age and medical history. Continue with the healthy diet and weight loss. Please also remain abstinent from tobacco. Both smoking and obesity contribute to hypertension and cardiovascular risk and you have done the right thing by quitting smoking and losing weight. You need to lose more weight to reach the optimum for your height and you should continue taking a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Best wishes.
