Is It Normal To Have Abdominal Pain Due To Fetus In 3rd Trimester?

i am 25 years old woman. I am pregnant. My last period,20 of july. Yesterday i had severe right abdomen pain, when i m standing position ,i feel that my baby is in downward position. After doctor treatment, the report show my low Hb value. On the other hand i take multivitamins and nutriants. Can you tell me in this situation what i do. What is normal position of baby in this trimester.

I understand your concern.
Abdominal pain can be due to simple gaseous distension, urinary tract infection to appendicitis and can also include emergencies related to pregnancy like abruption, premature labour etc.
So, it is very difficult to to diagnose without examination. Hence, please visit your gynaecologist for examination and further management at the earliest.
The position of the baby can also be ascertained by examination.
