Hello,
It might be a swollen lymph nodes secondary to infection the site of implant. As of now you can start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxclav for five days. Generally, it will subside in two or three days. It is not rely on cigarettes or cat scratch. In case of symptoms like pain or redness at the site of implant, it has to be removed and re implanted.
