Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic
Information provided by you is incomplete. I want to know her birth weight as well.Infants gain 20-30 GMs per day from day 10.So 1.6kg to 2.4kg in 3 months. So if her birth weight was 1.8 - 2 kg then it is OK.Diet you are giving is ok.Hope my answer has decreased your anxiety.
Regards
