Is It Normal To Have 126 Bpm Of Pulse Rate At 20 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 20 weeks pregnant and I feel like my heart is racing like if I had ran a mile! I checked my pulse right under my neck and what I counted was 126 bpm is that normal, I m not sure if I should go into the emergency but I don t have to I will bring it up to my on doctor on my next visit

126 is realy high
it is better to consult
stress,hyperthroidism,anaemia,heart disorders can also cause increase heart rate
