Is It Normal To Get Pain In Right Ear And Jaw After Hitting Back Of Head ?

I fell and hit the back of my head yesterday, as I encountered pain in my right ear and jaw....weird because I didn't hit my face or ear just the back of my head and tailbone. Today I have had a fever of 38*C. Is this normal...?
My jaw a bit sore not as much as yesterday as of now, I have a fever of 38*C, sore neck a slight headache
