Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Teething doesn't cause any infection or fever. This is fact. When teething starts children feel like chewing everything. So they put anything in mouth. Then because of dust and bacteria present over that object cause infection. Second thing is that after 6 months level of maternal antibodies in their blood decreases. So they become more prone to infections.
You child is suffering from infection and he needs to be seen by pediatrician
Regards
