Hi is it normal to feel weak after drinking ensure plus? I normally drink one daily an trying to gain weight I am 21 my height 5.4 and before I started drinking ensure my weight was 92 now after three months of drinking ensure I gain 8 pounds. I started drinking it for 2 months later I stop for three weeks and started drinking it again but I want to know why I feel weak and tired every time I drink it?should I just stop ? I think you should stop it , sometimes these supplements dont suit everybody . If you are relating your problem to this just stop doing it .
