Is It Normal To Feel Light Headed, weak And Jittery After Complete Hysterectomy?

I m a month post-op from having a complete hysterectomy and ovaries removed. I was a little anemic before the surgery; I still feel lightheaded, weak and jittery. Is this normal? Should I be taking iron supplements? Or does this have something to do with hormones?

How old are you now. Surgery van lead to blood loss and the bed rest following that can make you a bit weak. Check your COMPLETE BLOOD COUNTAND IF YOU have anemia that should be corrected. Based on your age you may also benefit from hormonal treatment
