Is It Normal To Feel Elated After Taking Cymbalta And Risperidone?

Hi i am in canada and was depressed severely for 3 months. my gp prescribed cymbalta at 30 mg and it didnt help after 3 months. Then upped cymbalta to 60 and nothing after 30 days at 60. i was than referred to specialist or psychiatrist and he reviewed my case and upped cymbalta to 90mg and also prescribed risperidone at.5. now after 3 days i feel soooooo great its scarey. i mean sooooo great i have never felt this good in my entire life of 40 years. my question is ...... Is it normal to feel this GREAT! or should i be worried.i was so depressed i am 40 yr old MAN and i was bawling every day!

Cymbaltta , as you know is an anti depressant and when you consulted a Psychiatrist he not only upped the doses of cymbalta but also added risperidone 0.5 mg ( for your information this is the lowest dose of riserperidone ) and together these two drugs help you in great .
You got desired result .
Normally a depressed patient get relief ,he feel so excited as you are feeling .
Now need not to worry , enjoy the life but keep one thing in your brain .
Consult your psychiatrist periodical as and when you feel something wrong .
Take these two drugs till your psychiatrist advise for you.
