Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Yes, headache might occur in following
head injury due to
cerebral concussion or
dehydration when water loss exceeds water intake like in prolonged sunlight exposure or heavy physical exertion.
You must have to maintain your fluid as well as electrolytes balance to avoid its recurrence.
Migraine is a recurrent headache associated with nausea,
vomiting or photo-phobia.
Generally it occurs at only one side of head and characterized by pulsating over head and usually not relived by usual analgesics.
Few things i want to know from you like 'do you have any other symptom or was it aggravated by your daily work?
Are you having a past history of diagnosed migraine?
You are a likely to be having a tension type of headache as it is not accompanied by nausea or vomiting or other symptoms.
Every headache causes mild to severe discomfort in our day to day life.
Just take OTC analgesic which suits you and take bed rest or sleep and you will be alright.
You do not need to seek medical attention but if problem persists then consult physician.
Regards,
