Is It Normal For The Baby To Move Slowly During 31st Of Pregnancy?

I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I ve been noticing changes in my baby s movements. Some days she doesnt move during the day but active at night. Other days she moves throughout the day and barely moves at night. Im trying to get accustomed to her patterns but they re constantly changing. I am a person who worries alot and I wanted to know if her movements are something I should worry about. When I go for my prenatal appointments my OB says that she moves alot but I dont feel it that much. Is this normal?

Hi,
Please do not worry.
Some women are more perceptive to baby movements than others. Also if the back of the baby is anterior it may be difficult to feel all movements.
Babies have sleep cycles during which they have very little movement, and these are not fixed, they may occur day or night.
It is easier for you to feel baby movements when you are resting and relaxed.if you are having a busy day, you may not notice the baby movements.

So,do not worry and hope this helps.
