Is It Normal For Nitro To Give Headaches Having Suffered A Mild Heart Attack?

I had a mild heart attack 2 weeks ago and had 3 stints put in onApril 7th. Dr. reported good results. Also have severe Gerd. Am still having some chest discomfort and the nitro gives me a headache. I have heard that if the nitro gives you a headache it is not the heart. Also my blood pressure has dropped to 72/62. It is normally 132/72. Do I need to be concerned. I don't want to panic everytime I have chest pain.

yes u are absolutely right. both conditions headache and drop in BP are well explained with nitroglycerin. ask your doctor to change it with nikorandil if needed. nothing more is required.
