Losing voice can be a symptom of laryngitis or sometimes Croup. This can be dangerous for the child as it can compromise airway. You need to get your child examined by the Paediatrician to prevent complications. Hydrate the child well, carefully. Don't give anything cold by mouth. Only warm food or fluids. Continue breast feeding.
