Is It Kliefelters Syndrome If Have Big Breasts And No Facial Or Underarms Hair At The Age Of 16 ?

Hey im about to be 16 in two months and im way behind everyone else. Im on 5 4 and have very little thigh, armpit, and facial hair but i have almost a full bush of pubic hair and my penis and testicles havent grown im only 3 inches erect and like 1 inch soft plus i think i might have klinefelters syndrome cause i have very large breast that are bigger than most girls. I need some answers please

The only way to diagnose Klinefelter's is physical examination by a doctor and chromosome studies.I suggest you see your doctor asap.
