Hi sounds like angina, it can also be early signs of a heart attack. stress can cause you to have chest pain due to being anxious. it really is best to go to er let them check it out best time to go is when your having the attack. i been there my test showed i had a electrical issue with my heart. my heart beats and then the next beat is only half a beat which makes me very tired when it acts up. but by what your saying sounds like angina angina is a pain that feels sharp and it feels like your heat is actually hurting not your chest but your heart its self. i would still go to be safe. go to google search and type in symptoms of angina. wish you luck and dont play around with that to long. your life is important to alot of people that wouldnt want to be without you dont question heart pain every min counts. be safe for you and your loved ones and get it checked out god bless and good luck hope you feel better
