Is It Healthy To Take Millet Porridge Everyday, Having Constipation?

Hello Sir, I am having a traditional drink which made from Millet flour. everyone says its healthy. But for me when i am started having it, feeling some constiphencies while going toilet. The same thing happens me when i have wheat bread aswell. Just thinking, having millet flour drink everyday is good or not.????

Hi,

If the drink causes the constipation then better to stop it, certain food could cause the constipation, the millet contains very low amount of gluten and that may not cause constipation, but the cause of constipation could be low water intake, although millet is good source of fiber in my opinion you could continue the drink it is healthy again I would say that if this causes the constipation or create the doubt then you can stop this.
