hi
The FDA has not approved Angioprim for medicinal purposes. That means it hasn't judged whether it works or not. so its difficult comment.

Psychiatrist Dr. Alok Ranjan's  Response
Angioprim uses amino acids for its active ingredients as opposed to drug ingredients. This product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the claims the makers of Angioprim make are unsubstantiated. Angioprim is said to have two side effects: Upset stomach and diarrhea.

The American Heart Association released a statement saying there is no literature or research to state chelation is effective for any medicinal purposes besides the treatment of heavy metal poisoning, as with lead.

General & Family Physician Dr. Radhika Thyagaraju's  Response
hello,

angioprim is a drug given mainly to clear blocked arteries
it should be taken only if you have block in the arteries like in the feet if you feel u have symptoms like pale cold hands and feet.
if you have symptoms like pain etc of the body, breathless ness, greenish discolouration of limbs as angioprim is used to chelate calcium.
do not take it as it is a burden on your body.
consult your physician to rule out arterial diseases.
if symptoms worsen call your emergency number.
i hope i have answered your query.
wishing you good health.
