Is It Harmful To Have Raw Rice Often?

Hi.
My name is Ally and I have been frequently eating raw rice.
I eat handfuls of it, like, every two to ten minutes.
I don't really know whether this will cause any type of sickness but my family and friends keep warning me not to. I was just wondering....
What are some health consequences I may or may not face if this continues?
Thank you.
Ally.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.

Excess of any thing is harmful. Why should you eat so much of raw rice when you have so many other good things around you. You should consume lot of fruits and vegetables. Not just raw rice.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
